Cancellation Policy
I understand that things come up, that is why you may cancel your appointment without a fee more than 24hrs ahead of your appointment time. However, to protect my small business, any appointments canceled within 24hrs of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay the full amount of the haircut.
In the event that you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate you, though tardiness beyond 15 minutes of our scheduled start time may be considered a No-Show and will be charged for the full amount of the haircut.
